Refund policy
In order to maintain the integrity of the mystery box (blind box)/ Doll outfit/ POP TOYS, Please kindly understand that we don't accept exchanges / returns / refund unless the item is severely damaged by non-human factors. Once buyer ordered, buyer agree to our refund policy.
We as a reseller, will professionally choose our product resource to make sure the authenticity, and we will carefully inspect for the product defect before shipping if it is non blind box. But we are not responsible for the product original defect, which includes:
- Repeat design in whole set
- Original quality issue by official brand
- Misprinted
- Others
Also, we will make sure to use the hardest carton box to pack the product, and use bubble wrap to protect the inside, because we care about the package as much as customers do. But since there is a lot of unknown factors in international shipping, we don't accept compensation or refund for the damaged original box.
Before you open the package from us, please record the entire unboxing process video in one take (no edited), in case of any aftersale issues. We don't accept any aftersale issue without an unboxing video.
